Our nonprofit board met here a few nights ago for a dinner meeting. It went incredibly well in all aspect. All aspects! They were easy to make a reservation for a private room. Room was perfect. I expected 8 but we had 12 show. No problem for them to add more places. And they did so with ease and a smile. Jackson was our waiter and he was perfect! He served quietly and efficiently. With smile and courteous-even when we asked for seconds or extra coffee. We were happy to add higher gratuity for him. Food is always great. About half had been here and those that had not were very impressed. From the salmon, trout, meatloaf, to the pot roast-every person was happy. That's rare for a large group. Veggies perfect and fresh as always. In all, and in every way, a perfect meal. We will return!

This place is a diamond in the rough. Good, southern, Comfort food and big bang for your buck. We had the Pot roast, Rosemary Roasted Chicken, Fried okra KICKED. It was so yummy!!! Cristian was so sweet, attentive, and kind. He was one of the best servers we've had in awhile. Thank you Cristian for your hospitality! Ambiance was older crowd, not too crowded on a Holiday weekend at 7pm. We loved it. Sweet hidden gem.

last-minute lunch choice. Excellent service and the food was fine. Really a good turkey club sandwich, but skipped the cheese and the sprouts. It was odd that it was served with tortilla chips and salsa. Just give me regular potato chips or nothing at all. Had grilled pork chop with mashed potatoes and beets. Pretty good. Also had a side of fried okra that was incredibly mediocre.

Came here for a company event and I loved the chicken fried steak OMG. I can't recall what allergen was in the salad but I asked the server to please not give me any and he brought out a plate just for me with none of the nut that it came with. Service was pretty incredible for how large the party was. The jalapeno corn bread was to die for and their desserts were all very well liked among the group. Would love to come back if ever in the area just for that chicken fried steak and its gravy!

As I pulled into Celebration's parking lot and caught a glimpse of the establishment, I just knew that dinner was going to be scrumptious today. The interior was very cozy and it felt as though I was stepping into someone's grandma's home (in a good way). Their complimentary bread, more specifically, the banana nut muffin was so good and my personal favorite amongst the others. I started with fruit but there are other options such as soup or salad. As my main entree, I opted for the rosemary roasted chicken and I was pleasantly impressed with how juicy and well seasoned it was. You are able to to choose 3 different vegetables. I recommend the fried okra, mashed potatoes, and roasted zucchini. The fried okra was very crispy and paired well with ranch. The mashed potatoes were creamy and had some skin in it. The zucchini had a nice parmesan crust to it which added pizazz Don't forget to order a slice of chocolate pie to end the night!!!! Overall, food and service was good and I'll be coming back foshore.

This restaurant definitely has a lot of character. It's super cozy and welcoming ambiance. There are rooms appropriate for any occasion and number in your party. The food is very fresh and the portions are abundant. I would recommend the grilled catfish. It's the bulkiest catfish I've seen and perfectly cooked taste-wise and visually. The servers were friendly and attentive. Great for friends, family and work.

Everyone needs to go here at least once. Comfort foot at it's finest: chicken friend steak, chicken fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, you get the picture. Parking can get a little hectic, but there is some behind the market building. Service was friendly and it feels like a country restaurant...you know like grandma's house.

This restaurant seems to be a north Dallas legend. It has been under operation for many decades. They have been serving farm to table before it became a brunch trend. A gem tucked away near the Dallas Love Field airport (literally 7 minutes away). This is the place to fulfill your southern comfort food cravings. The interior of the restaurant makes you feel like you're eating at someone's home. You also get your own private booth (and they also have private sections for large parties) to have a private and more intimate experience. The way their menu works is you pick an entree, and each of them comes with 3 side dishes. The exciting thing is the side dishes includes items such as gumbo, beef soup, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, and more! It's barely a side dishes it feels like you're getting 3 appetizers on the side. I got the chicken fried steak with gumbo, zucchini squash mix, and the green bean mushroom mix. Did I mention they start you with complimentary variety of breads? In the basket , you can expect corn bread, butter rolls, and muffins. I was impressed with everything I had except the chicken fried steak. (Unfortunately). The beef was overcooked and very dry and tough. It also tasted like it has been sitting out for awhile and not fresh anymore. The breading was delicious though and I liked the jalapeño gravy. Even though the chicken fried steak was a let down, everything else amazed me I would still come back but try a different entree. If you're ever anywhere near Dallas Love Field, don't forget to stop here for classic southern comfort food. There are also plenty of parking!
